Helping Non-Profits Empower Young People in Hammersmith & Fulham
Our Mission is to support voluntary organisations to provide memorable and meaningful opportunities for young people in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation (YHFF) exists to cultivate an environment where the youth in Hammersmith & Fulham not only survive but thrive. Collaborating closely with local organisations, we are dedicated to unlocking opportunities, attracting investments, nurturing talent, and fostering innovative ideas. Through these efforts, we aim to provide children and young people with the platform they need to shine and thrive in their community.
