Mentoring lies to the heart of our organisation and underpins everything that we do. We implement innovative Holistic Mentoring programmes, vocational training to empower our Mentees, build self-confidence and self-esteem, address mental health issues and barriers that prevent progression, supporting disadvantaged members of our community and transforming lives. We recognise that Mentoring is a powerful tool and an important component for transformation of individuals and communities to reduce inequalities and poverty.Organiser
