The activity runs from 26 April 2024 to 5 July 2024. The Young Hammersmith and Fulham Fundation does not manage bookings for this activity and is not responsible for the delivery of the project. If you have any questions, please contact the organisation directly.

We will not hold a session during the half term on the 31st May 2024. Young people have to become a member to access our projects. This project is offered every term.

What

We offer a safe space for young people to make friends and participate in a range of activities developing their skills and enjoying themselves. Activities may include: multi-sports, workshops, healthy eating sessions, games, art and much more!

Free for anyone who lives or accesses education within London Borough Hammersmith and Fulham. Fees apply to out of borough access. We also offer a transport service for this programme.

SEND specialist

We are a specialist organisation delivering programmes tailored to children with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and we have capacity to offer extensive 1:1 support. Contact us to discuss how we can support your child.
