About the Role:

LBA is seeking a passionate and creative Videographer to join our team on a part-time/freelance basis for an initial 3-month period. As the Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of LBA events and initiatives, helping us showcase our mission and impact through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend LBA events, including basketball games, community workshops, and promotional activities, to capture high-quality visual content, including both photos and videos.

• Edit and post-process visual content to create engaging and shareable material for LBA's social media channels, website, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts that effectively convey LBA's mission and brand through both visual imagery and video.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to enhance the quality of visual production.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with LBA's marketing and communication strategies.

• Collaborate with colleagues and volunteers to coordinate visual content shoots and ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications:

• A degree in photography or at least 1 year in a related profession.

• Proven experience in videography, including shooting and editing.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Strong storytelling and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sports, particularly basketball, and a commitment to LBA's mission.
