#WorldMentalHealthDay2020: @youngharrowf Challenges You!

Posted on: 01/10/2020 in
'They say a picture speaks a thousand words. It’s not always easy to find the words to talk about mental health, so why not start with a picture?'

To celebrate World Mental Health Day, we are supporting Young Harrow Foundation, who are working with Mind in Harrow and their Heads Up partners, to encourage you and the young people you work with to share a meme or a favourite image that best reflects how they are feeling at the moment.

To join in simply share your details on the Survey Monkey link here

Start the conversation about the image shared using the following;

'Whether you laugh together, cry together or find you have something in common, we all have a mind so we all have something to share. #meetmymind #starttheconversation #endthestigma'

If you want to post it on Twitter you can reduce the message to:

They say a picture speaks a thousand words. It’s not always easy to find the words to talk about mental health, so to celebrate World Mental Health Day, share a meme or picture that best reflects how you’re feeling. Tag a friend, tag us and pass it on #meetmymind

OR

Simply get involved, share your own messages and link with a range of organisations and media across the bourough!
