West London Zone

West London Zone is a local charity offering long-term and personalised support to young people in schools across 3 square miles around the Harrow Road. We work in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Brent. We identify children who could benefit from extra opportunities, and bring together the best specialist programmes and services working locally to support their goals, strengths and needs, to create an intensive package of support for each child. Our Link Workers are ‘trusted adults’, based in schools, who manage young people throughout a two-year programme, helping them get the most out of the support on offer.
