Gareth Dixon
C.E.O
"Gareth has been CEO of Young H & F since it began in April 2017. In his role he is responsible for overall strategic leadership and effective management of the charity.
He is passionate about improving the life experiences of young people who live, learn work, or play in Hammersmith & Fulham and is committed to changing the system in regards to fundraising & collaborating. He is a strong beliver in supporting young people to have a say in what opportunities they need and want.
Away from work, he is a dad to Kurtis, Dexter, Dolly & Delilah, and enjoys sports, music, comedy, cooking, mountain biking, climbing and walking. "

Hannah Smale
Membership and Sector Development Manager
"Hannah is responsible for day to day Finance and Operations administration for the charity.
Outside of work she is passionate about music and enjoys playing the piano."

"Patrick is Chair of our Board
He is a resident of H & F and brings experience from the both the private and public sectors in operations and strategy.
Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family."

Piers Player

"Piers is currently employed as a Senior Youth & Development Worker at The Brunswick Club in Fulham and as a Fundraising & Development worker at The Sulgrave Club in Shepherds Bush.
He has worked as a Youth Worker and Community Development Worker for various local projects and organisations across London for the past 35 years.
He is passionate about enabling people, particularly young people, to achieve their potential.
There is nothing he enjoys more than early morning walks on Mitcham Common with his 2-year-old Labrador, Lyra."

Nigel Jacques

"Nigel enables small community based organisations to develop and thrive. He ensures they operate legally and are structured in such a way that they can apply for funding.
His background is in the private sector where he worked with companies to strengthen their development through business strategy and HR.
Nigel in his current roles can see how the young people can benefit from an active and financially secure community sector and tis is why he is passionate about the Young H&F"

Denise Fox

"Denise Fox currently headteacher of Fulham Cross Girls school .
She has worked in London schools for approximately 43 years and has taught in urban, comprehensive schools, with multicultural intakes with young people facing specific challenges. She is passionate about education and believes strongly that children get only one chance at school and that education has the power to change students’ lives for the better. She has a strong personal commitment to all achieving success, a desire for social justice and a mission for all young people to succeed.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking , and is an ardent supporter of Fulham Football club following them at home and away
