Our website is an interactive platform for our members to upload details about their organisation and specific projects in Hammersmith & Fulham.

It serves as a one-stop-shop for young people, parents or professionals looking for support or a style of service for a young person. And makes the project or organisation easier to find, access, and increases awareness of what projects and services are on offer for young people across H&F.

The Youth Council has received training on the website in order to offer peer-to-peer support and signposting in schools and youth organisations across the borough. We also engage schools, LBHF, GPs, etc who use our website for referrals and partnership opportunities by promoting the website's projects and services on multiples channels, including paid promotion on social media across H&F postcodes.
