Exploring Youth Work: Level 1 Training
Are you working with young people aged 15 and up who are eager to step into leadership roles and support their peers? We have an exciting opportunity for them to grow and develop through our Level 1 Introduction to Youth Work Programme.
This programme is designed for those who are passionate about making a difference and would benefit from expert guidance and hands-on learning.
Here’s what participants can look forward to:
- Skill Development: Participants will complete a unit workbook and build a portfolio that will showcase their learning and growth throughout the program.
- Financial Support: We’re committed to supporting our participants. That’s why we’re offering the London Living Wage (£13.15 per hour) to support with expenses. We’ll also refund the Eventbrite deposit upon completion of the qualification.
- Placement Support: Ideally, participants will be backed by an organisation that can help them apply their new skills in real-world settings, providing encouragement and practical experience.
- Daily Sessions: Teaching sessions will run from 10 am to 5 pm each day, ensuring that participants receive comprehensive training.
- Celebration of Success: The journey will conclude with a special celebration on Friday 1st November, to mark the achievements of our participants as they earn their certificates.
The qualifications will be delivered by the experienced team at Manjeet Johal Associates.
Key Dates:
- Teaching Days: Monday, 28th October, Tuesday, 29th October, and Thursday, 31st October.
- Study Days: Wednesday, 30th October, and Friday, 1st November.
